1. Using AInythin
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the service. You are responsible for your account and for any content generated or uploaded using your account.
2. Content and Rights
Subject to your plan, you may have commercial rights to outputs created using AInythin. You retain ownership of your inputs and outputs, except as required for us to operate the service and comply with law.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not use the service to generate or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non‑refundable except where stated otherwise or required by law. Taxes may apply based on your location.
5. Refund Policy
For new Creator subscriptions, we offer a 7‑day money‑back guarantee if fewer than 20 credits have been used during the period. Refunds are not available for renewals, usage beyond this threshold, or promotional/free tiers unless required by law. For any questions or to request a refund, contact support with your order ID.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may cancel at any time; upon cancellation, access to paid features ends at the close of the current billing period.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AInythin will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
